Since Happy Place operates remotely all active clients must have a credit/debit card on file prior to their Initial Intake Appointment (not the Meet and Greet).

Cards will be stored electronically in our secure forum and will be charged prior to your scheduled appointment. If your payment declined your appointment will have to be rescheduled. Payment for your account will be charged to your card on file within 24 hours of your appointment.

Missed/Late Cancellation Policy fees will be charged to the Credit/Debit Card on file.

The Missed/Late Cancellation policy is as follows:

• Late Policy: If a client does not enter the Virtual Waiting Room within 15 minutes of their appointment time the video call will be disconnected and the patient will need to reschedule with the clinician and a $25 missed appointment fee may be assessed.

• Missed Appointment: Happy Place Therapeutic Services assesses a $25 missed appointment fee for all clients who do not cancel and/or reschedule

at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment.
